A chaotic confrontation in Madison, Tennessee ended with a bystander helping a police officer restrain a suspect after a physical struggle broke out in the street.
According to authorities, police received several calls reporting a man walking into traffic, lying in the roadway, and allegedly punching a passing vehicle.
