Trump has scathing message for Putin after Russian president offered to ‘help with Iran’

Donald Trump gave Vladimir Putin a rather blunt response when the Russian president asked if he needed any assistance during the conflict between Israel and Iran.

As he was heading to the NATO summit in The Netherlands, Trump spoke to reporters about the ongoing situation, in which he helped bring about a ceasefire earlier this week.

On Monday evening (23 June), it was reported that Israel and Iran had accepted a ceasefire plan proposed by Trump to end their 12-day conflict, after Tehran launched a retaliatory limited missile attack on a US military base in Qatar.

However, hours after the ceasefire, Israel claimed it had identified missiles launched from Iran. Iran has denied that any missiles were sent after the ceasefire was in place.

Trump later appeared in front of reporters, where he claimed the two countries ‘don’t know what the f**k they’re doing’.

He later took to Truth Social, claiming the ceasefire was in effect and would be going ahead.

On Tuesday, Trump flew to The Netherlands where he joined other world leaders for a NATO summit.

On the way, he spoke to press, where he explained that Putin had offered him ‘help with Iran’.

Trump explained: “I’d like to see a deal with Russia… Vladimir called me up he said, ‘can I help you with Iran?’ I said ‘no I don’t need help with Iran, I need help with you’. I hope we’re going to be getting a deal done with Russia.”

Trump has long been fighting for a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine, and he’s expressed frustration at the lack of progress.

Reporters also asked Trump about the ceasefire, with the president speaking about Iran’s future, explaining: “They’re not going to have a nuclear weapon and they know that.

“They’re going to get on to being a great trading nation, they’re very good traders and they’re going to be a great trading nation, they have a lot of oil and they’re going to do well.

“They’re not going to have nuclear weapons.”

Trump also said that he does not want to see regime change in Iran, adding: “Regime change takes chaos and ideally we don’t want to see so much chaos.

“So we’ll see how it does.”

When Trump arrived for the NATO summit, X was flooded with comments from conspiracy theorists who claimed he had used a ‘body double’ to attend.

In what has been described as a ‘historic’ meeting by German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, the leaders could be seen standing for a photograph alongside King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands, before enjoying a formal dinner.

But people were left baffled by one specific detail in the image.

One person on Twitter claimed that a ‘mini Trump’ had been sent to The Hague, instead of the president, referring to the fact that Trump appears shorter in the photos from the event.

“That… that is not Trump,” one person wrote.

While another said: “When I saw a video from earlier today I was wondering why he was so much shorter.”

And a third added: “Obviously not the real one. Not tall enough. Loved the people noting he’s in multiple places at once.”

Others were skeptical of the claims, as many pointed out that Trump seemed to look shorter because he was standing next to tall men.

“I think he just looks short here because the King of the Netherlands is 6’5. Let’s not get carried away,” said one.Featured Image Credit: The White House/YouTube

Trump sends urgent warning to Israel after Iran reportedly breaks ceasefire

Donald Trump has issued a warning to Israel, not long after insisting a ceasefire with Iran had been agreed.

Trump has continued to give updates on the US‘ involvement in the developing conflict between Israel and Iran.

The US president initially wrote on his social media platform that the situation could be de-escalating. He praised both nations and insisted that they would both have ‘prosperous futures’ and that ultimately the Middle East was the ‘real winner’.

Trump penned on Truth Social: “On the assumption that everything works as it should, which it will, I would like to congratulate both Countries, Israel and Iran, on having the Stamina, Courage, and Intelligence to end, what should be called, ‘THE 12 DAY WAR.'”

He added: “Israel & Iran came to me, almost simultaneously, and said, ‘PEACE!’ I knew the time was NOW. The World, and the Middle East, are the real WINNERS! Both Nations will see tremendous LOVE, PEACE, AND PROSPERITY in their futures.

“They have so much to gain, and yet, so much to lose if they stray from the road of RIGHTEOUSNESS & TRUTH. The future for Israel & Iran is UNLIMITED, & filled with great PROMISE. GOD BLESS YOU BOTH!”

However, only hours later, accusations came in that Iran had reportedly broken the ceasefire agreement and continued to strike at Israel.

Iranian state media has denied reports that they fired a missile at Israel after the ceasefire was in place.

Following this, Trump issued his own warning to Israel, seemingly fearful the nation could retaliate.

Again writing on Truth Social, the POTUS alluded to a potential strike from Israel to Iran following reports that Iran had already broken the agreed ceasefire deal.

He wrote on the platform: “ISRAEL. DO NOT DROP THOSE BOMBS. IF YOU DO IT IS A MAJOR VIOLATION. BRING YOUR PILOTS HOME, NOW! DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.”

Trump’s concerns over retaliation from Israel may be justified.

Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said: “Israel will respond forcefully to any violation of the ceasefire.”

Meanwhile, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz issued a statement following Iran allegedly breaking the ceasefire.

According to the BBC, he said he has ordered the Israel Defense Forces to ‘respond forcefully to Iran’s violation of the ceasefire with intense strikes against regime targets in the heart of Tehran’.

Israel has since claimed that it intercepted the two missiles, so it’s unclear if the strike caused any further damage.Featured Image Credit: Getty Images/Chip Somodevilla

Russia issues disturbing threat to US after Trump ‘approves plan’ for attack on Iran

Tensions in the Middle East could soon involve the US

Russia has issued a disturbing threat to the US after Donald Trump reportedly ‘approves’ a plan of attack on Iran.

As tensions are continuing to boil over in the Middle East, with Iran and Israel launching into missile strikes against one another last week, attention has turned on the US President over if and how America might weigh in.

Donald Trump initially said: “I may do it, I may not do it,” when asked whether the country would join the conflict and he reportedly skipped out on the G7 leaders summit early to attend to the matter on Monday (June 16).

Then on Tuesday (June 17), the US Air Force’s gigantic ‘Doomsday plane,’ equipped to handle nuclear catastrophe, was seen traversing the skies in a rare appearance, prompting concerns that war could very well be afoot.

Now, Trump has appeared to move closer to that outcome having allegedly told his top national security advisers from the Situation Room that same day that he approves of any plans of attack on Iran if they were presented to him, reports ABC News. However, sources told the Wall Street Journal that while he’s in support of strikes, he is waiting to see if the country would negotiate ending their nuclear program first.

As the strategy came to light, Trump explained: “I like to make the final decision one second before it’s due.”

“As President Trump said himself today, all options remain on the table,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt added to reporters.

Iran’s ally, Russia, has also muscled in on the rising tensions by issuing a stern warning that US intervention could ‘radically destabilise the entire situation.’

Speaking to Reuters, Russian spokesperson Maria Zakharova said: “Nuclear facilities are being struck… Where is the [concern from the] entire world community?”

She then made the chilling warning that the world is merely moments away from ‘nuclear catastrophe.’

Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told Interfax earlier this week that Moscow had advised America to sit out on the conflict, stating it has already claimed hundreds of Iranian lives and injured dozens of Israeli’s.

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei also said US participation would be ‘costly,’ ominously adding: “The Iranian nation will not surrender.”

However, Russian President Vladimir Putin has refuted claims that they too would get involved, stating: “We are not imposing anything on anyone; we are simply talking about how we see a possible way out of the situation.

“But the decision, of course, is up to the political leadership of all these countries, primarily Iran and Israel.”

Before leaving the G7 in Canada, Trump urged residents in Iran’s capital, Tehran, to evacuate and penned on his Truth Social platform that the country ‘should have signed the ‘deal’ I told them to sign.’

“What a shame, and waste of human life. Simply stated, IRAN CAN NOT HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON. I said it over and over again!” he added.

Explaining further to reporters on Wednesday (June 18), Trump said he’s ‘had it’ with the situation and his patience had ‘already run out’ with Iran.

“I give up,” he continued. “No more. Then we go blow up all the, you know, all the nuclear stuff that’s all over the place there.”Featured Image Credit: Contributor/Getty

Donald Trump goes on explosive rant about Iran and Israel claiming they ‘don’t know what the f*** they’re doing’

Trump had firm words for both countries

Donald Trump swore during an explosive rant about Iran and Israel as tensions continue to rise in the Middle East.

Despite claims that a ceasefire between Israel and Iran was in effect, Donald Trump snapped at both nations on a brief interaction with the press today (24 June).

Speaking on the White House lawn this morning, the president remarked the two nations ‘don’t know what the f**k they’re doing’.

This comes after Trump took to social media to insists that the situation was de-escalating and that both nations had agreed to a ceasefire after a feud that saw both countries exchange missiles.

A reporter asked Trump what he thought about Iran allegedly violating the ceasefire agreement and whether they were still dedicated to finding peace.

Trump answered: “Yes, I do believe [Iran is still committed to peace]. They violated it but Israel violated it too.”

He went on: “As soon as we made the deal Israel came out and dropped a load of bombs the likes of which I had never seen before. The biggest load that we have seen.

“I’m not happy with Israel, when I say you have 12 hours you don’t go out in the first hour and just drop everything you have on them.

“So I am not happy with them, I am not happy with Iran either but I am really unhappy if Israel is going out this morning.”

Reporters tried to ask the President more questions before he continued on with his rant.

He said: “We have basically have two countries that have been fighting for so long and so hard that they don’t know what the f*** they are doing, do you understand that?”

Trump then proceeded to walk away from the reporters. Take a look at the moment below:

Despite Trump’s firm rhetoric speaking to reporters, on social media hours earlier he had remarked that the conflict was coming to an end and that he had been integral in broaching a ceasefire.

In a Truth Social post, he wrote: “He added: “Israel & Iran came to me, almost simultaneously, and said, ‘PEACE!’ I knew the time was NOW. The World, and the Middle East, are the real WINNERS! Both Nations will see tremendous LOVE, PEACE, AND PROSPERITY in their futures.

Trump sends terrifying warning after leaving G7 early for ‘much bigger’ issue amid Israel-Iran attacks

Donald Trump’s comments are rather concerning considering the tensions in the region

Donald Trump issued a concerning warning on social media after leaving the G7 meeting early for an undisclosed issue.

In just a few days, tensions between Israel and Iran have reached new heights, as both nations have been trading missiles. Israel’s surprise bombardment of Iran’s nuclear and military facilities last week seemed to set things off, with the nation retaliating with strikes on Tel Aviv.

This would have likely been a hot topic discussed amongst leaders for this year’s G7 meeting, held in Canada.

More concerningly, Donald Trump took to Truth Social on Monday (June 16) to comment that Iran needed to sign a new nuclear agreement deal.

The President has been calling on the country to sign a nuclear deal with the group of world powers known as the P5+1 – which includes the US, UK, Germany, France, China, and Russia, who’ve all been in negotiation with Iran in regards to its nuclear program since 2006.

In his latest post on the matter, Trump warned Iran: “Iran should have signed the ‘deal’ I told them to sign. What a shame, and waste of human life. Simply stated, IRAN CAN NOT HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON. I said it over and over again! Everyone should immediately evacuate Tehran!”

Trump also left the G7 meeting a day early and is set to return to DC, and French President Emmanuel Macron said that he had done so to help foster a ceasefire between Israel and Iran.

However, Trump took issue with this comment and again turned to social media to dispute this, saying he was dealing with a ‘bigger issue’ than a cease fire.

A few hours after his initial warning message, he commented: “Publicity seeking President Emmanuel Macron, of France, mistakenly said that I left the G7 Summit, in Canada, to go back to D.C. to work on a ‘cease fire’ between Israel and Iran.

“Wrong! He has no idea why I am now on my way to Washington, but it certainly has nothing to do with a Cease Fire. Much bigger than that. Whether purposely or not, Emmanuel always gets it wrong. Stay Tuned!”

Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt explained on Twitter that despite leaving early, Trump had achieved much during the G7 summit.

She wrote: “Much was accomplished, but because of what’s going on in the Middle East, President Trump will be leaving tonight after dinner with Heads of State.”Featured Image Credit: Chip Somodevilla/Getty
